We ship everywhere on the planet with four speed/price tiers:

• Express (UPS/DHL/FedEx, 6–10 days) – fastest, door-to-door, you handle customs & tax.
• Air Special Line (combined air + local courier, 10–15 days) – tax-free in most regions, mid-range price.
• Sea Special Line (30–60 days) – tax-free, rock-bottom cost for the patient collector.
• Land/Train options (15–50 days) – Southeast Asia & Europe, tax-free, budget-friendly.

Because we move serious volume, we’ve locked in near-wholesale rates with every major carrier—so wherever you live, you pay less.

Heads-up: if you’re in South America, Latin America, the Middle East, or Africa, please make sure you’re comfortable clearing customs and paying any local duties.

Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, customs, or peak seasons can shift them—thanks for your patience.

Resin is fragile. Small scuffs or seam lines are normal and we’ll source free spare parts from the studio (you cover shipping).
For major damage, every parcel includes free insurance. To claim, record an unboxing video from first cut to final detail—no video, no payout.
