We accept returns only for items that arrive with transit damage or manufacturing defects. Contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery and provide a complete, unedited unboxing video plus clear photos of the issue.
Statues are fragile resin or polystone; minor paint flaws or small clean breaks are considered normal and do not qualify for return. If replacement parts are available from the studio, we will forward them to you—studio-to-warehouse shipping is on us, but international reshipment of parts is buyer-paid.
All shipments include complimentary insurance. Claims must be accompanied by the required unboxing video; without it the carrier will deny compensation.
If you encounter any problem, reach out via WhatsApp or email first. Initiating a chargeback or PayPal claim before contacting us will pause all assistance and may result in account suspension.
